I'm assuming you are talking about the national feeds. Note you must have a waiver to get these:

CBS HD East (NY) is 9483 (from satellite position 61.5)
CBS HD West (LA) is 9484 (from satellite position 148)

If you are talking about LiLs please tell us your location and we can give you that (note for these you will need a ViP receiver (622, 211, or 411).

How can you tell i f your market can get CBS HD from NY? (Green bay for instance)

Basic rule is if your local CBS is Owned and Operated by CBS, then yes you can get it. If not, then probably not.

Plus you can not be in range of an affiliate in which you can receive at least a grade b signal.
