what do the letters stand for after the sat number

i am trying to find out what the letters stand for after the sat numbers.
99 c
99 s
103 s
103 ca
103 cb
and should i have a signal on all of them.

C- CONUS
S- SPOTBEAM (local channels)
CA, CB not exactly sure, but I know the D12 satellite has been moved into the 103 position for final testing.

CA is for the conus beams that will be coming from D12, cb is the conus beams from D10. Since D12 isn't in place yet, you shouldn't see anything from there. The other conus beams should have signal strength. The ones marked with an s are for spotbeams. You won't get a signal for all of them since most aren't pointed at your area.

And to further explain. CONUS stands for CONtinental US.
