What happened to KCBU's content?

When I look at TitanTV, KCBU seems to be loosing their RTN programming and is almost all Paid Programming? What has happened to the new programming that was there about a month ago? Takes a Thief, Rockford Files, Marcus Welby, Ironside, etc.
 
Definite improvement. A full lineup. Thanks for the heads up. I had not noticed the change. Will certainly become another favourite channel for me.
