What is best budget digital meter?

Would like opinion on a good / reliable DIGITAL / LCD tuning meter.

I'm getting into the installation side of the business and need to acquire a meter.

**It needs to be a battery powered unit that doesn't require being connected to the receiver for power before obtaining a reading.**

I'm looking at the following:

DigiSat III Pro
Acutrac 22

What is your opinion of these two?

Are there any other digital / LCD meters to consider with a budget of < $150 in mind, considering that the purchase will probably come from Ebay?

its not digital but I use the Channel Master brand meters, dual-meters, battery operated, very dependable...... just my preference

i just love the promax but at $5,000.00 i think i wil stick with my $10.00 cheapy and spend the rest smewhere on vacation. if i win the lottery i,ll buy you one! lol
