Honestly I don't know more then that... but I do know Charlie... he wouldn't spend $1 billion if he didn't think he couldn't make at least $3 billion with it.

If I could venture a guess.. possibly an outdoor clip on antenna ( connected to a settop box of some type) that would allow customers to access TV and Internet from 4g cell sites (possibly AT&T or Verizon). I know such technology is being tested in other parts of the country and works well
