What is the 1800 number for dish?

i turned on my 522 today and i got a message telling me i need to keep a phone line in it at all times to avoid the 4.99 charge when i do have one it.
should i call CS to ask why?
 
Read the fine print.. you signed something saying you agree to that charge, and if you didn't, go back to the retailer who sold you the system to get it in writing.

While you're there, b*tch him out for not giving you all the disclaimers.

Dish will not reverse the charge.
 
My 522 has done that a few times and I've NEVER seen the charge. If anything, call and get it documented that you do have it connected and it's a false error.
