that charge is access for your owned equipment on a second tv. Do you own a joey or wally?
effectively, you’re paying less than what you were for the Joey. It was $7.
If you are looking at changing your programming, you should at least call Dish and try to get some half-price deals on your Dish Movie Pack and Heartland Pack. Cutting the price of those packages by $5 and $3 would save you a total of $8 per month for the next six months.
