I see people in this forum quoting everything from S222 to S225. I am currently at S222 and would like to know if I should be asking Dish to shoot me an update, based on whether a majority of people have something different.
Thanks all for the responses. And yes, if an update is out to everyone and you need to have it forced down to you, you can get it sent. However, no one in customer service will admit to this. You have to have a good relationship with your installer, at least in my case, who will then talk to customer service. I have had this done twice in the ten year period that I have been with Dish.
