Get a Dish 300 (18") but the Dish 500 is not that much bigger and you can get 110 and 119...

I have a 14 inch portable dish. It works fine for both Dish and DirecTV.

You could cut the dish down little by little until there is no receivable signal left lol. I wonder what the smallest dish is that can actually pickup a signal? I heard VoOm/Rainbow was going to use 10-14 inch dishes until they decided that they were not going to broadcast as strong of a signal down to us to provide more channels.

The 14 has always given me signals in the low 90's for Dish transponders at 119.

I wonder, from Dish Network's point of view, if you park your rv at a campsite, are you camping or rv'ing?
