What is this Charge?

I recently did the $299 upgrade to a 622. Once I was up and running I noticed a charge as follows. Is this correct? I thought the $299 covered this?

I show the same charge on my recent activity called dish twice was told this will come off on my bill. Just waiting to see.

I had the same charge on my bill. I called last week and the CSR said he would credit my account. I checked on dish web today and sure enough they did.
