which is the ideal name satellite tranponder for amazonas 61 w from souther california
i got some sky receiver but im to lazy to try it that way don't know which way to aim from sat to receiver box usually its hard when ur outside the partial area of southern america without the right meter for nothern california
i have a birdog that i had for a while ago and just noticed amazonas 61w is for
southern america users. plus ive tried it with my dish and it don't work for me
now with my new box sky + i want to go and test it here in orange county
so without the right meter and transponder name im in no luck
because so it makes sence from everything i've read
i'll keep it simple. ku band reaches the usa. and im not sure about c band
because im thinking thats for other countries. we wouild only be able to get ku band here.
i've read another deal that c band was found here but don't really believe it
because of the coverage area says only ku band. with new satellite maybe
but i do know there is ku c more ku band than c ban transponders
so i bought my sky box from some person that installs them on los angeles from sky in texas corp.
and its pretty cheap for a simple small fee package
