What switch to combine Ku LNB(121) with DishNET SW21

I have DTV 110/109 convert to Charles with SW21 and Ku single LNB for 121. What type of switch I need to combine these two together.

DTV 110/109 makes no sense to me. DTV stands for DigitalTV. DirectTV (D* for short) is on 109 & 119. Dish (E* for short) is on 110 & 119. Neither of these is what you typed.

What kind of Ku LNB is it? I'm from the old days, and not all Ku LNBs are compatible with E*.
