What to do with old XM equipment

If I switch to Sirius, is there anything I can do with the old XM equipment? I didn't know if my equipment is exclusively for my use, or if it can be sold as used equipment to someone who wants the service.

As long as you don't owe any money on the account and have completed any service agreements (if any) you can sell or give the equipment to someone else and they can activate the unit as if it were new.
