When watching TBS or TeenNick (I have kids), often the picture will break up, macro block, or even lose signal all together. This only happens on my 211. My 612 has no issues. The 211 has been rebooted, if a cable problem (all RG6), why would it only affect these channels? I'd rather not upgrade.

Ideas?

What arc are you?
And did you check signal strengths?
On EA, both of those channels are on different satellites . So it very well could be a cable issue or alignment issue.

Unfortunately I can't check signal strengths on anything but the 118.7.
But I would troubleshoot the wiring , then obviously the LNB.
Or even try moving you 612 to the location of the 211, and vise versa and see how they respond.
