What type of key is this and where can one be purchased?

Trying to install Dish and wanting to use the pre-existing wireing going into the building. This box belongs to Charter Communications. What is the "name" of this lock and where if possible can I acquire one? Thanks.

not sure what it is, but why and where is it? Did u have Charter before? If not have them come out and remove it.
