whats going on with my 211?

I was gonna watch my 211 last night and all of a sudden in turned off and was saying acquiring satellite signal. when it did that, it said downloading program guide and half way through it shut off and did the same thing again except when it searched for the signal this time, it had a different transponder number. after which it downloads the program guide and resets and does the same steps again. can someone tell me whats going on with my system?

Unplug it for a minute or so and then try it again, if it continues to go into this loop call Tech. Support.

i did. ill try again when i get home and if it happens again, ill call tech support. thanks

i tried rebooting and nothing. I called dish and they are sending me out a new 211. hopefully that will fix the problem.
