Whats on the FEEDS?

Is there a forum or site that allows you to see shows that are usually available during certain times on different days?

For example, i remember YEARS back when i had a c band dish, there was a channel that was dead all day until 5pm on Sunday where it spit out 5 consecutive episodes of Rosanne for the stations to download for the weeks content.

Tracie has some great information to share about these show feeds . We learned a lot about programming and station operation and I bet most members will find the show quite interesting I know my DVR has quite a few new timers set!
