What's required for HD upgrade?

I'm a current Dish 500 sub contemplating getting HD. Other than needing the new 811 receiver will my current dual LNB dish pull in all the HD channels currently available or do I need an additional LNB? Am I better off waiting for Super Dish & what additional features will that offer?
 
The HD-Pak channels are currently on 110. If you want Showtime-HD or HBO-HD, provided you already subscribe to those premium channels, then you would need a dish pointed at 61.5 My understanding is when SuperDISH goes national those channels will be mirrored onto 105.
