When a new National HD channel launches, will it be stickied here?

Just curious, since I don't get any new channel updates any other way and have custom guides, I worry that when a new channels goes HD (or gets added), that I won't know about it.
And I only check in here maybe once a week, so I don't have time to go through every post in the past week or more to see if there is such an announcement.

Also don't see anything in the stickies in regards to new HD. I've only been with D* for a few weeks, so I don't even know what the newest HD channels are.

So when anything new happens with HD or added channels, can I count on it being stickied here so that I won't miss it?

I doubt it a sticky will be used, unless there is a large amount of channels added in one day. Typically, a thread will be created and be glued to the top because so many people will be responding with their 2 cents.

You can always check the front page. They normally post news of new channels there.
