When am I considered a new customer?

I disconnected service on Sept 21 and they received the equipment back on Oct 5. Anyone know when i can sign up and get new customer pricing as well as the hopper 3? Thanks in advance.

Maybe for DTV, but going back to 2010, it was 90 days, then it changed around 2013 I believe, to 60 days.

It has been 60 days for some time now. I don't remember when that went into effect, but it has been about 5 years.

Try using name of spouse...Try a different address. Instead of 123 Main St...Use 123 A Main st...

If you're asking if you're a current flex customer, and want to become a DHA customer, yes you'd need to wait 60 days and requalify.

That trick doesn't work anymore.

The retailers likely won't do it because if dish audits the account they will charge back the entire commission.
