when is Dish going to fix the "Cancelled: By user" bug?

Seriously guys, enough is enough!

If I'm paying Dish $108 per month, I shouldn't have to be downloading shows because their 3-tuner DVR can't consistently manage 3 tuners simultaneously, or whatever the root cause of this bug turns out to be!

Like the rest of us waiting on long-needed fixes for the various OTA timer bugs, missing "Protected" icons, etc...I feel your pain!

I have an original Hopper that suffers this bug as well as others. Its been a long time since we've had an update....

I've noticed this as well. Is it because there is a big, beautiful update coming or have they just stopped working on updates?

There is an expected update to release soon. We just have no idea when. There was a conversation about it the other day. One of the big fixes in that update is the ota. But they fixed the "cancelled by user" for most people, so you may or may not see a fix for it in this update

There should be a sticky listed with all the bugs, we keep seeing new topics created for the same known issues.
