When will it be Feb 1 for calling Dish?

My assumption is 12:00 AM Mountain time, but does any one know?
It already is February 1 in India...

The voom channels went live at about 4am eastern (I was up). I called to have them added and the CSR said the systems pulls updated info around that time every morning. I waited on hold with her until it came back up and the new programming code for Voom was in there. My guess would be 4am estern.
