I got thru once and asked about if my 921 will be obsolete when Mpeg 4 Hits... They used their standard reply of when new equipment is needed they will provide for a reasonable fee.... I hope they dont think that $250 is reasonable!!!

Someone should call in and ask how to watch HDTV off an 811 with the dvi going to my non hdtv just to f**k with them!!!
