I would lay even money that Charleston - Huntington, WV will be the last market in the USA to get HD locals on Dish. Where could I move to get locals? My guess would be Cincinnati, Lexington, or Columbus.

You may be able to get Nashville. Not sure of transponder map. Cleveland is also a possibility. And Memphis just went live.

If I were you, I would move to Pittsburgh if you can receive 118.75.

Here
Directv doesn't have them either. I am lucky and have had Directv so long I was grandfathered into the NY locals in HD.

I live in Elkview. Being in Charleston, you are probably getting the 110, 119, and 129 satellites. I "moved" to Atlanta (only Eastern Time Zone city on 129), but I'm not sure how much longer that's going to last before they move the Atlanta locals to 61.5. Until they do, however, you'll get all of the Atlanta locals as we are still in the spotbeam for the SD locals (So you'll get CW, PBS, and Peachtree).

As a bonus, I'm still getting the Charleston locals, but they are only available in the 7000 channel range. They don't mapdown to the normal channels.
