IMO best available in that price range is the Coolsat 4-5-6000. You want a receiver that can blindscan and I think the Coolsats are the cheapest going that have a good blindscan.

But you better get one soon because the eye-patch gang is gonna write files for them again so the price is gonna go back up quickly.

I got a older CS5000 from eBay for $20. It's got a couple of bugs but works great otherwise.

You still need the dish, LNB, and accessories.

If you are in a hurry, you may want to pick up a complete package. Then at least you have a warranty. I'm sure one of the above sponsors can help you out.
