Wheres the list of the next HD locals?

I am looking for the next locals going to HD. I know there was a list floating around but I am unsure if they are going strickly by that and in order of if the list has changed. I live in Syracuse, NY and don't really want to make the upgrade unless I know the locals would be coming somtime soon. Anyone with any info?
