I liked it ,though I thought the title was a little stupid. The actors are all pretty top notch. Even old Dee Wallace of E.T. fame was playing a grandma on the show.
 
So ..... who or what is Drill ?
Is Drill actually Sean, or is Sean a conduit for drill to use along with the children ?
Is this big Rock They Dug Up Drill ?
Is there others that Drill reports to, higher put than Drill ?


I can see the Season Finale where at the end some one asks Drill for answers, someone that Drill reports to.....
 
There is talk that there might not be season 2 of this show. The network had already failed to renew the player's contracts. The two biggest stars Milo and the Female blond agent from American Horror story , both were not renewed and they have moved on to other shows. Which means that this finale might be all we get to wrap up the story.
 
Nice idea, poorly executed. When I saw the previews for The Whispers I thought I'd give it a try. Other than the little girl pushing her mother out of the tree fort, I was bored. Gave it a second try the following week and I was less impressed. I stopped watching for a few weeks, and then was at my neighbors doing some computer work when they were watching episodes 3 and 4. I don't know why but I started watching again on my own. Overall this series does nothing for me. Lilly Rabe was much better as a slutty nun in AHS:Asylum then a slutty FBI agent.

Like with Wayward Pines and Under The Dome, if Whispers happens to get another season, I'm out.

Who is Drill? At this point I don't really care. There just happens to be nothing else on I remotely care to watch.
 
Wow, so why did you post, just to tell us your not watching it and how much you dislike it ...
If you don't like it, don't watch it ....

I was really looking for conversation as I think it's actually getting interesting now.

It's dumb and poorly executed, but there's nothing else I want to watch. The series now half over, I'm half invested into it, might as well watch the rest of it.

Given the overall lack of conversation, it looks like no one really cares about this show. Looking at Zap 2 It, this past Monday a repeat of NCIS:LA got almost twice as many viewers as a new episode of The Whispers. Contracts have expired, ratings are dropping, this show will be forgotten about once the finale airs.
