Who do I need to complain to about my SD channels being centercut?

just to see do you have 2 tvs? when my receiver is in dual mode i can view my 4x3 2nd tv in letterbox

Yes. Have 2 tv's with the Vip622. Bought the wireless thing so I can watch the third tv in the kitchen, but it works off of TV #2.
Those I can get the Letterbox option. And the sides are not cut off.

i was trying to help the guy with the original question... you on the other hand should be able to watch full screen 16x9 hd in normal mode no letterbox that is unless it is broadcast in letterbox form.

espn news hd should fit the whole screen in normal mode with an hdtv...no letterboxes.

the 622 only supports hd output on one tv. would someone correct me if im wrong.
