Why 2 LNBFs

Iceberg please forgive me if I don't understand the difference in swapping LNBFs 119 & 110 and just disconnecting LNBF 119 since only LNBF 110 will remain as the only LNBF connected.

you could do it that way too...leaving 110 as the only LNB connected

As for swapping...lets call the slot where 119 is slot A and 110 is slot B. You'd take the LNB out of slot A and put it where slot B is and vise versa. We know 119 is good right now (you've proven that above) so I'm almost tempted to say bad LNBF.

I'd set up a service call to have them swap that out. They'd probably swap it for a Twin LNBF. This has 110 & 119 in one housing and an internal switch so you wouldn't need those switches out in the elements
