Why does my 622 show the same picture on tv 1 & 2

When I turn the channel on tv1, it also changes to the same station on tv2.

If i turn tv1 off, tv2 turns off.

If I watch a recording on tv1, same thing is playing simutaneously on tv2.

Maybe i missed the thread, but i tried to search... what the heck is wrong with my 622.

Can someone offer a simple solution?

sounds like its in single mode. change it to dual by the front button on the reciever under the right door

Thanks alot Shaggy, that actually did the trick. How does this happen though and I don't even bother touching anything inside the door? Just curious.

if u restarted the box it may or may not put it in single. or if u just installed it then its in single.. no problem just little late night help lol

This might not be the place to ask but it on single mode issue. Beings both tv's show the same thing, if you have an HD tv for tv 2 would you be able to watch shows in HD or just SD.

The TV2 outputs are SD only. But you could use both the HDMI and the component outputs of TV1.
