Why is HBO&SHO HD still on the wings?

Does anyone know WHY E* is still transmiting Sho/hbo HD from 148 when you can get it on 110? I thought there wasnt enough bandwidth to go around but here were with another annomily the contrdicts E*claims to not having enough space.

maybe it is there until they decide to add some HD...keep the transponder warm

Some of the customers in Alaska don't have LOS for the 110 sat which where the HD content is on, so I believe that is why HBO-HD, SHO-HD and I think a PPV-HD is still on the 148 sat.
