I set a timer on my 501 last night for 8 PM. As I was watching a recording of Survivor at that time, I never noticed Mr. Blinky and the red light did not come on. I checked my timers and there was, indeed, a timer for 8PM. I tried a manual recording, it did not take, now there was 2 timers in the Timers menu.

So I did the handy-dandy reset and after it came up, it started recording.

I normally do a reset weekly but hadn't got around to it yet this week.

Gotta love these things. :D
