Will a DirecTv "dish" work with a DISH receiver?

If properly "aimed", will a DirecTV 3 satellite Eagle/Aspen quad receiver type "dish"

work with a Dishnetwork receiver ? A neighbors 'dish' blew down (RV setup) and the DISH dual LNB got smashed and I have a DirecTV dish I could let him have but will it work ?

No a phase 3 dish will not work for DISH. Directv uses different switching technology and 110 for D* only has 3 transponders.
