Currently live in the Hampton Roads area of Va and just updated to the 211 from an 811 receiver. Installer stated that they don't utilize the dish1000 only the super 500 dish for the Hampton Roads area. As a result, I only received the 211 box for $49.95. Both the installer and Dish stated that I needed an another dish at 61.5 for $99 plus installation charge to pick up the additional Voom Channels. I though Voom was mirrored on 129.
Seems to me I got cheated if the Dish1000 works. Anybody else have this problem with the recent Meg4 promotion? I'm paying for HD channels I can't receive. Should I run this back up to Dish?
