Will I be able to get D* 11?

I live in the New Orleans area and I get 103 at 97 strength level. I don't believe there is anything in my area for the 99 already up there. There is a tree issue to the left of 103. Is there a way I can check? Should I get something on 99 even though I don't get any channels from it? What will be on D* 11 when it is up?

Unless there is a spotbeam in the area on 99, then no way to check until D11 is up in the sky and turned on.

If you can get 101, then it's almost definite that you can get 99. They are very close.
