Will there be additional HD channels for Hawaii

Sometime ago I posted this question on this forum and someone indicated that there would likely be additional HD programming toward the end of the year (2008). Does anyone have any info about this?

If you look at "The List" for 110 you'll see they've added eleven HD channels in the 5500 range, they're "not available" yet but I'm expecting them "soon". Although it says spot beam AK, I think these will also be available in Hawaii once they're activated.
