Will truTV be added to all Dish packages for NCAA games?

Just curious if anyone knows if we should expect the truTV channel to be added to Dish packages for the NCAA games starting Thurs. I have the Dish America Silver package (old TurboHD package), and I checked last night to verify we do not get truTV in SD or HD. Looks like I'd need to be on the America's Top 200 package to get it, which I don't plan to do. I've got my fingers crossed they will add the channel to more packages for those who plan to watch the games. I've heard Time Warner Cable plans to add the HD version temporarily for the games. If Dish won't be adding it, I'd like to make plans to head somewhere to watch my Wisconsin teams play Thurs & Fri nights, probably someone with TWC.

I'm not aware of it being in free preview.
brewtownska, it would take as an insult by dish (not your post) to those who pay for that channel all year by having a higher package, to see everyone get it during prime programming. Just my opinion. Those that get Top250 already lose out almost everytime there is a free preview. You can always go to the higher package for a month or two then go back. Yes there is a $5 fee but you saved all year by not having the higher package..... Just to be clear, don't blame you for hoping for it!

haha... what about us Everything subs? Free starz vs. a few PPV coupons was closer to a kick in the junk.

The point of putting a channel in a particular package is to get people to subscribe to it. If they opened it to everyone when an event was on, why would anyone ever subscribe?
