WIMAX signals

Hi,
I am living in Riyadh and most of the area of Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) do not have C-Band signals due to WIMAX disturbance i had the same problem but what i did is that i put one wooden piece like 2.5'x7' on one site of the so that to avoid the interference and i got some channels now i have one question that if i put a big plastic piece of the same size will it possible that i get more channels please let me know.
