windows and osx application for the 922

I just tried updating the windows sling player app in hopes that they added official 922 support. Of course they've done nothing of the sort. So I guess we're never going to get a windows or osx application for the 922 outside of a website.

I've tried asking the dish twitter account about this and they directed me to sling. The sling twitter account is basicily just used to retweet positive sling tweets to use them as commercials. It's certainly not used for communicating with people.

Slingplayer 1.0.8 works in MacOS X. Just don't update it when it asks you to.

How do I get slingplayer 1.0.8? I've spent a lot of time searching and cannot find it.

Very cool. Thank you! I have a Windows computer also, will that version they have there work with the 922 or do I need to find an older version of that too?

Nevermind. I just had to change some options on the website and it's showing the Windows versions also.
