Cheapo home-made digital antenna, the 722k with DTV module, and fall TV season and I'm all set. Oh, and for DirecTV.. suck it boys, G4 and AOTS is too fun.
Antenna is about 30 miles from the transmitter, and in the basement pointing out a sliding glass door at more houses and trees. I have a Radio Shack signal booster plugged in to the output of the antenna, and get high 80's to mid 90's on the UHF channels, and mid to high 70's for the VHF channels. Don't have any real signal issues until it falls below 70.

probably won't stick with all the timers, but at least now I can give each show a shot.

Anyone else happy about the 722k?

Yep! I like my VIP722k/wMT2 really enjoy the ability to record 2 SAT and 2OTA programs at the same time(while watching a previously recorded program).:D

Then there the ability to see what's on both tuners with PIP or side by side PIP.:)

It's also nice to see what's on Over The Air in my guide on TV2(my second TV);)

That record schedule looks exactly like mine, you sir have good taste...

I'm waiting for the xip 813 because I'm running out of tuners on thursday :)

And yes AOTS is great...

Recording 4 shows at once is the bomb. I love my 722K.
I record most shows OTA so I can leave my satellite channels free for viewing what ever I want.
