Wired Joey Will Not Play Netflix

I have a wired Joey linked to my HWS. It shows the Netflix app but when I select it the screen goes black for about 5 seconds and then the last channel comes back on. Same thing on ch. 370. It works OK direct from the HWS. I checked the linking on the Joey.
Any suggestions?

Do you have broadband on that Joey? Does On Demand and the other apps work?

I wasn't aware that Joeys could use apps yet.

On Demand and Weather work on the wired Joey. I just tried it as I had never used either before.

If it is not working on your Joey, but is on your Hopper, Check the bridging situation, and change it, save it, test it, and then if you disabled it reenable it and test again. See what that does.

I will try that. Bridging is ENABLED on the HWS.

Y/ea, try disabling it, and then test it. Then reenable it and test it. See what the difference is in results.Sometimes turning off and back on is the secret(I know how bad that sounds)

I tried disabling the bridging on the HWS. The Joey location does not work on Netflix. I then set the HWS to Enabled again. Joey did the same as before. I also tried unlinking from the HWS and then relinking. Still does not work.

What is the Joeys SW? I believe the minimum to have Netflix working is S389....

I don't know the SW. I would assume it is current since it has never been disconnected and there is no way I know of to block updates. But I will check.

Called Dish tech. They say it is a known problem with an expected fix date of June 12.
