Wireless Joey Netflix Issue-Fix

Okay,

Finally broke down and contacted Dish support using chat. Went through alot of different attempts to correct my issue where Netflix wouldn’t load and would just freeze up my wireless joeys. Finally this corrected the problem for me

“Using your hopper DISH remote please follow these steps.

-Press HOME button then select >settings > diagnostics > tools > reset to factory defaults > reset netflix to defaults

After I did this Netflix loaded right back up to original login screen and I had to login and it started right back up! :clapping
