When in diagnostics on Hopper3 and looking at the Joey signal strength, is it showing the signal from the access point or is the Joey sending the signal that it is receiving back to the Hopper?

That screen shows the connection between client to host and host to client. Hopper > Joey / Joey > Hopper
It only shows one signal.
Is it the signal from the access point going to the Joey or is it the signal that the Joey actually receives, which might be weaker when it gets to the Joey in another room?
