Did hopper2000 install rcvr skip wizard didnt download software was running on factory s056 no joey software . Had thet happen before call csr guide me how to put hopper in a wizard mode back to re download evrything again .forgot how to doit ? I kow how to put joeys in thtat mode . standby mode dont work for me / help thx

What software is on the Hopper? Is the available joey software on hopper system Info blank? Try resetting factory defaults on the Joey.
no software for joey factory s056 resets or factory setting no help standby mode no help have to put him back to wizard mode dont remember how to doit
Factory reset should still be there and that may fix the problem. The menus may look a little different with factory sw but if you check you should be able to find it.
i did try left for 10 hrs in stand by mode didnt work need to put in wizard mode back so will go over again do u know how to doit?
Which sats are you pointed at? Have you tried a check switch?
Hit the red reset button, after it reboots hit settings, point dish, check switch, test. Then hit system info on the front panel, then close system info. It should start the wizard again.

It's the install wizard, the steps on screen you walk through when installing a hopper. It it didn't prompt the install wizard then resetting factory defaults should do it.
