Have the same problem and many others now. What you described has been reported many times at dbstalk.com and it seems to be a NEW bug that came with the LA211 software. It happens from time to time and there is an ERROR MSG 692. A reboot will fix it, for a while.Sometimes you set the timer using the guide and everything seems to be normal but later you see nothing has been recorded because the same msg comes when the system tunes to the channel to be recorded.
My new bug is the so called "zero seconds recorded" that seems to occur every time I set 2 timers to start at the same time for 2 HD channels.
I can now see a new bug almost every day!!
