WTB: 501 or 508 "hard drive error"

Anyone have a DishNetwork 501 or 508 receiver out of warranty
that doesn't work and is reporting a "hard drive error"?

I want the receiver, card, and remote--and the receiver number
(R00...) and smart card number (S00..) in advance. I don't
want a balance owed!

Or...if anyone knows where I could get one...
