Xbox 360 help

A guy that works with me bought a PS3, he wants to sell me his Xbox 360 20 gig for $125.

It comes with a wired controller, a fan that sits underneath and Final Fantasy.

If I want a bigger hard drive, can I just replace it? How do I get all his info off the machine if there is any info?

I figured I can buy a used controller at gamestop plus maybe a couple guitars and GH Metallica.

I never had one, played my other friends Xbox 360 for a day, so everything is new to me. Any help would be appreciated.
