Xbox Live Gold card

Where are good places to buy Xbox Live Gold cards or codes nowadays ? I've bought them from Amazon in the past as they'd have them "on sale" in the past. They used to be ~$50 but I'd get them for ~$40 if I caught them at the right time.... Now it looks like they're some random $59 and some change as their normal price (??).

They have an alternative for $5 more and throw in some extra stuff.... My son said he doesn't play MGS but does play Halo (a little bit).
