Does anyone know anything about this satellite? Will it give better coverage in the east?

I know it is in test, but where is it located in the sky? More on the east coast? I have trouble getting blocked signals when I am driving and have a hill on the west side of me.
I got interupted listening to music saying they were testing it.

They didn't get any new licenses..its at the same location of the existing satellites
