LOL I know a retailer that is still using crimp fittings - there's no indication of a techs skill other than if there's any installer related failures within 3 yrs. all the other "scorecard" and "tests" mean crap imho

If he really wanted to fix whats wrong he's send someone undercover at an HSP or two and see why the number of techs willing to work as an installer is shrinking fast. You can't have a company if no-one is willing to install your product.

yeah there is something to "be prepared to get installed"

now imagine the tech having to explain all the differances and make changes as necesary (hour or more?) all for free that why MOST of the techs drilling holes have 6 months experiance or less

I did the install and I riged it to do that - keep your dirty d@ck beaters off my install - you jaggin with it costs me money - stopppppppppp!

Honestly I don't see anything with this install that doesn't happen every day. they did the least amount of work and used the least amount of materials possible. just like the satco's pay the least amount of money! Skilled techs have left or will leave as soon as they find something better -...

If he didn't sign or direct cant produce paperwork - he's in the right and direct is in the wrong
